THE AUTOMATION. YOUR JUDGMENT.

A production workflow
that follows your lead.

Some projects need a conversation. Others need a clear sequence and room to run. Choose how much to approve, without losing sight of what happens next.

01 / STEP BY STEP

Every decision, considered.

Review each stage before moving on. Refine the evidence, script, narration or visual direction while the rest stays organized.

Review → revise → approve
02 / ASSISTED

Work through the conversation.

Ask the copilot to explain its choices, research a question or propose a revision. Chat and workflow controls share the same saved work.

“Keep the angle. Tighten the hook.”
03 / AUTOMATIC

Let the sequence keep moving.

Approved work proceeds within your limits. Required editorial reviews and provider safeguards remain in place.

Automate the work. Keep the oversight.
BUILT FOR A REAL PRODUCTION PROCESS

Less switching tools.
More shaping the story.

Keep research, creative decisions and production progress together, from the first reference to the final export.

01 — CONTEXT

Evidence stays close
to the script.

Understand the niche, follow source context and recognize when information needs refreshing. An old retrieval is never relabeled as new research.

02 — CONTINUITY

Change the title.
Keep the finished scenes.

Dependency-aware revisions preserve work that does not need to change. A metadata edit should not throw away completed narration and visuals.

03 — PRODUCTION

Cloud tools. Private models.
One set of controls.

Route supported providers by capability. Administrators set budgets and parallelism, including shared limits for model profiles using the same hardware.

Original work needs an editor. Generated content can be wrong. Review sources, rights, factual claims and the finished video before publication—especially for news and other time-sensitive topics.

A few useful
answers.

Does CineForge copy the reference channel?

No. A reference is a starting point for understanding a niche, its audience and its recurring themes. The workflow develops a distinct angle and original script. You remain responsible for reviewing originality, accuracy and the rights to the material you publish.

Can it research current events?

The research workflow has a separate live-search capability for time-sensitive topics. It preserves source and retrieval context, and current-topic research and scripts retain editorial approval gates. Configure a search-capable provider; a local language model alone is not a live search engine.

Can I approve every step or let it keep going?

Choose step-by-step, assisted or automatic mode. Chat instructions and workflow buttons operate the same saved state. Automatic mode does not remove required editorial reviews, budget limits or provider safeguards.

Can I use my own model servers?

Administrators can configure supported cloud APIs and approved private inference endpoints. Supported adapters include OpenAI-compatible text and speech, ComfyUI image and motion workflows, and ACE-Step music. The model server, required weights and compatible workflows must already be provisioned.

How are the number of images and scene lengths chosen?

The scene plan is tied to measured narration and the approved video brief. The director proposes pacing within the scene budget; deterministic checks preserve the audio timeline. Images and motion can progress in separate bounded lanes.

What do I receive at the end?

The delivery workflow provides the rendered video, caption files and publishing copy for review. Direct publishing, provider access and available formats depend on the implemented and configured service. Creating a title does not automatically publish a video to your channel.
